Shipping & Processing Guidelines

All orders are shipped via USPS and processed pending availability and credit card verification. 

Orders placed before 12pm (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (EST) Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. 

A member of the Home Growing Girl customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Returns

Homegrowinggirl.com will accept items for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of your order shipment date. Items submitted for return after 60 days will not be accepted for return.

Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition.  

Starting a Return

All returns must be approved by Home Growing Girl and issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To start your return, email us at returns@homegrowinggirl.com and let us know why you are returning the item(s). 

Once your return has been submitted and approved, we will emailed you a pre-paid return shipping label. Return shipping labels are $5 and will be deducted from your total return amount.

Please allow our customer service team 3-5 business days to approve your return. 


Exchanges 
We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@homegrowinggirl.com 

Exchanges are processed like a return. To exchange an item, email us at returns@homegrowinggirl.com with the subject title “Need an Exchange” and include your order number as well as the item name you wish to receive. We will email you a return label. When your return package is received back to our facility, we will process your revised order.
